Lord of the Flies by William Golding
synopsis;
This book surrounds a school of boys from England who plane gets shot down by a fighter plane. They crash land on this remote island with no adult super vision what so ever. This book is full of symbolism, the symbolization in this book is not really about the boys but about the way society operates.We look at the way the boys behave from an outside look, but by the way they act we get a glimpse of what they are thinking.
Assessment:
Anybody who wonders why society is the way that it is should read the book Lord of the Flies. This book gives its readers insight into the reasoning behind the things that people don by using children as a stage to perform it on. This book affects its readers in the way that they make people realize that human nature is to kill the person that has what you want. It changes readers thought process because it makes its readers really analyze and simplify the over complicated dynamics of society.
