synopsis:
This book is based on the life of Elie Wiesel and his experience through Nazi Germany and the Holocaust. Elie is a young Jewish boy who father is a prominent figure within the Jewish community until Hitler came into power. When they were riped from the women in their family and put into concentration camps the image that Elie holds of his father changes drastically. In this book Elie shows us what it is really like to be dehumanized, and striped naked of all of your basic human rights.This book is based on the horrible experience that elie went through.
Assessment:
The book Night is a inspirational tale that makes its readers have a realization that not all people are treated the same that everybody gets treated differently. Anyone who takes their life for granted, takes the little things for granted, and thinks that their life, and the things they go through are horrible. This book affectsits readers in the way taht it makes people grateful for their life and everything that they have in their life. It changes the way its readers think in the way that it makes the readers think more about the good things in life.
